Chadwell Heath Health Centre, Romford

The Chadwell Heath Health Centre, commissioned by Barking & Dagenham PCT at a value of £6m has a great deal of space over two floors and is available to offer services to the local community. The Centre has been operational since September 2006 and consists of over 191m² of consultancy and examination space spread out over 15 rooms and over 150m² of general administration/group space. There are rooms dedicated to providing podiatry services, Phlebotomy services, Treatment rooms including a leg ulcer and minor ops, Disabled access including 2 lifts, a children’s play area and nappy changing unit, Post natal services, Diabetes clinic and a Triage clinic.

 

The building is open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. The surgery is open Monday-Friday 9.00-11.30am and reopens at 4.30 until 6.30 (excluding Thursdays).

 

Visitors to the surgery can park in the car park to the rear of the building. The Centre has excellent transport links via buses and the local train station ensuring easy access to surrounding areas including Romford, Ilford, Stratford and Liverpool Street.
