Princes Park Health Centre, Liverpool

Princes Park Neighbourhood Health Centre was commissioned by Liverpool Primary Care Trust with a value of £2.5m.

The centre consists of a refurbished, single storey existing 'L' shaped facility and has a new single storey extension to provide a 'U' shaped building. There is ground level parking provided to the side of the building, GP Practice, Diabetic services, Outpatient consulting and treatment services Phlebotomy and Mental Health services.

The building was designed and constructed to achieve BREEAM 'Very Good' standard.

The project to build Princes Park Neighbourhood Health Centre was developed in response to the various reviews of healthcare provision undertaken across North Merseyside in the early 2000's.
