gbpartnerships has undertaken a range of projects, valued from £0.5m to £30m construction cost and of varying size and complexity. Members of our project management team are
drawn from varying professions, thus combining a wealth of knowledge and experience. The team has the expertise to manage traditional procurement projects through PFI and partnering projects,
all taken from inception to completion. We have extensive experience of the employer’s agent role and can assist with negotiating FM service levels where this is required. These skills
have been developed and refined from our own business as developers and portfolio holders so we understand what works for the client and what doesn’t.
We specialise in public sector projects and particularly public private partnerships, working with our public sector partners to overcome the many hurdles they face to achieve the best possible outcome for them.
Over the years, we have established key contacts and supply chains to assist with the delivery of development projects. This includes designers and contractors as well as financing organisations that allow us to choose the most appropriate contributors for the task in hand.
We have significant experience with health care buildings from GP surgery refurbishments to new build hospitals and apply the same rigorous attention to detail no matter what size, providing a bespoke service to clients. We also manage small capital works for our estate owning customers.
