Voyage Partnership

Voyage partnership is a collaboration between Rochford District Council and gbpartnerships, formed to deliver a long-term regeneration programme for the Rochford District, which will boost the local economy and provide better community facilities while reducing future costs.

Our overall objective is to minimise, evaluate and reduce environmental impacts of our activities, provide and promote innovative ways to reduce waste production, reuse and recycle. We work with our staff, supply chain partners and clients to encourage adoption of good practice.

We routinely achieve BREEAM Excellent status on our new build projects and incorporate a wide range of sustainable low carbon technologies into new builds and retro-fit into existing estate.

Drawing on the combined experience of gbpartnerships and Murphy Philipps Architects, the newly published document, Building in Resilience, identifies key issues that need to be addressed in existing buildings as well as in future buildings where business cases are currently being written.

The newly created role of Assistant Estates & Business Performance Manager will work closely with the Estates & Business Performance Managers to ensure that tenants are provided with well maintained, safe and compliant buildings. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant FM qualification (IWFM) or a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience within an FM environment.
