We routinely achieve BREEAM Excellent status on our new build projects and incorporate a wide range of sustainable low carbon technologies into new builds and retro-fit into existing estate.

The newly created role of Assistant Estates & Business Performance Manager will work closely with the Estates & Business Performance Managers to ensure that tenants are provided with well maintained, safe and compliant buildings. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant FM qualification (IWFM) or a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience within an FM environment.
