Infrastructure planning
Effective infrastructure planning has never been so important, as the health system responds to the COVID-19 pandemic and delivers the vaccination programme. It is also fundamental as we transition into local Integrated Care Systems (ICS).
Our systematic approach to infrastructure planning enables us to better understand our client’s infrastructure baseline, define their needs and develop a clear roadmap of investment to maintain and renew infrastructure in order to respond to changes in the environment and in care. Integrated community hubs
Community Hubs are large buildings, typically between 7,000 – 12,000 sqm. They bring together a wide range of services that together deliver health and wellbeing to the community: healthcare, social care, leisure, library, community groups, voluntary sector.
This multi-provider aspect alone brings a complexity of people movement within the building, with people accessing a wide range of different services.
