We develop and deliver partnerships with clients across health, local authorities and the wider public sector.
Empowering people to change practices, processes and the use of physical assets, in order to embed long lasting organisational transformation.
Unlike other consultancy companies who only provide advisory services, gbpartnerships consult - as part of the gbpartnerships group - able to apply the group’s operational delivery experience in managed services, asset management, property development, and long-term partnerships with 14 local community and healthcare systems across England, to deliver grounded, end to end service transformation, change management and asset management services to clients.

Making your assets work harder
Embedding change and new ways of working
During the COVID-19 pandemic, organisations have needed to do things differently, including the introduction of widespread virtual, remote, and flexible working.
We can help support the development of your plans for the return of your staff teams to an office environment that meets the new ways of working, providing an efficient integration between physical space, people and technology. Our wider expertise means that we can also help you reconfigure the physical space and implement digital solutions.
From stakeholder engagement and programme management to developing robust business cases that secure vital resources, our expert team have a track record in unlocking complex and large-scale change projects.
The expertise provided by the gbpartnerships group of companies, means that we can also work with you to deliver the project, from project management of the design, through to construction and ongoing asset management services.
Your facilities are key to our social infrastructure - health, education, and other community services. The needs of your services users are constantly changing. Delivery models change, and the regulatory environment evolves. Nothing stands still.
We can help you actively manage your building and site assets to ensure that you have
up-to-date information, accurate analyses, and robust strategies in place. We help you deliver cost-effectively at all stages of your asset life cycle and can also provide tailored lifecycle asset management services.
Effective infrastructure planning has never been so important, as the health system responds to the COVID-19 pandemic and delivers the vaccination programme. It is also fundamental as we transition into local Integrated Care Systems (ICS).
Our systematic approach to infrastructure planning enables us to better understand our client’s infrastructure baseline, define their needs and develop a clear roadmap of investment to maintain and renew infrastructure in order to respond to changes in the environment and in care. Our broader gbp group expertise means that we can then work with you to deliver the project and embed change and new ways of working.
Community Hubs are large buildings, typically between 7,000 – 12,000 sqm. They bring together a wide range of services that together deliver health and wellbeing to the community: healthcare, social care, leisure, library, community groups, voluntary sector.
This multi-provider aspect alone brings a complexity of people movement within the building, with people accessing a wide range of different services.
If there is the opportunity to provide a new build solution in your locality, especially at scale, then it is essential to look at ways to build in resilience from the outset of the project.
Along with delivering for our clients and building lasting relationships, we like to have fun and enjoy the benefits that a relatively small and flat company structure brings.
We support and develop employees in their role so that they feel confident to undertake the responsibilities placed upon them and ultimately are able to contribute to the success of the organisation.
Recognising and rewarding success, we support existing team members to fulfil their career aspirations and promote internally.

Building in Resilience, an estates response to Covid-19.
If approached in the right way, estate should be a powerful enabler for service delivery, rather than a barrier. Building in Resilience will guide estate managers and commissioners in thinking through key principles, helping to inform robust future-proof estate strategies.
