Access to Heritage Art and Culture provides supported access to families of disabled - children, young people, parents and families from disadvantaged backgrounds to cultural activities.
They support families to access enriching activities which strengthened the family unit, enabling families to share quality experiences together.
This project will provide a monthly programme of well-being sessions including mindfulness, massage, healthy cook and share and gardening at a recently open community hub for parents in a deprived area of Erdington.
This project will engage parents from disadvantaged backgrounds to participate in well-being activities which starts to refocus on themselves.
In order to cope with their daily life challenges their own resilience and maintaining their own well-being is essential.
