Founded in 2001, gbpartnerships (gbp) has been a pioneering force in the development and delivery of social infrastructure projects across the UK. Originally established to support the NHS through the Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) programme, our success has grown through our collaborative approach, deep sector knowledge, and commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions. Since then, gbp has evolved from a project delivery partner into a multifaceted organisation offering strategic estates planning, property development, asset management, and consultancy services to the public and private sector.
