The impact of our recent work includes:
Improved utilisation of workspace across a London Trust’s portfolio and supporting new ways of working. This resulted in the reduction in property costs of c. £2m p.a. which can be invested back into more patient facing activities within the Trust.
Delivery of a large-scale additional capacity programme for an ICB’s entire Primary Care Estate which equated to more than 400,000 additional face-to-face and virtual appointments being provided for c. £2.4m with no additional revenue impact.
Successfully embedded the implementation of a bespoke project and portfolio management software system across all member bodies of an ICS. This has facilitated a standardised project and programme management structure, saving both time and costs.
