Crown Commercial Service – Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3)

gbpartnerships was awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service, RM6187 Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3) in September 2021 for a period of 48 months.

This enables us to provide strategic support to central government and public sector agencies from project inception across the following areas:

LOT 1: Business
This relates to the provision of objective advice relating to strategy, structure, management or operations of an organisation. This may include identification of options with recommendations as well as implementation and delivery. Service lines included cover:

Business case development;
Business consultancy;
Business policy strategy and/or appraisal;
Change management;
Development and/or review of policy;
Forecasting and/or planning;
Operational planning and/or improvement;
Programme & project management;
Risk, compliance and/or opportunity management.

NHS Shared Business Services frameworks

Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement.
Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health Framework Agreement: lot 1 - Business, leadership, management, governance, structure & strategy, and lot 2 – Integrated care, healthcare & community care.

gbpartnerships, through its gbp consult division, has broad experience of working with Integrated Care Systems (ICS), NHS Trusts, Local Authorities and other health and care organisations across a wide range of healthcare planning projects.

Complementary divisions across the gbpartnerships group also form part of the offering to potential framework agreement clients, including property investment and development advice, along with asset and project management services – with the team offering end to end support at any stage in the lifecycle of a client’s property or project.

Framework Agreement for Healthcare Planning Services for NHS Wales

gbpartnerships was reappointed to the NHS Wales Healthcare Planning Framework in May 2024 for a period of 4 years.

The 4 year Framework Agreement is available for all NHS Organisations to utilise but principally through the offices of NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership – Specialist Estates Services.

Services are available on a call off basis include [but not limited to] assisting with a range of requirements around Programme Business Case, Strategic Outline Case development, Outline Business Case development, Business Justification Case, Full Business Case development, Construction phase and Commissioning and Patient and Public Engagement (PPE). Such services being applicable to the development of the estate within NHS Wales.
