London based Building Surveyor or Project Manager to work alongside the gbp consult team who are embedded with the North Central London Integrated Care System (ICS) providing estate services.
Part of the role would involve working with gbp consult to deliver feasibility studies / options appraisals and develop scopes of work, with the support and input of design consultants where necessary.

Assistant Project Manager
We are looking for a London or Sussex based Assistant Project Manager (or Building Surveyor) to join our team. Part of our role includes delivering variations to the existing LIFT estate that we manage and working alongside our clients to manage the delivery of new build and refurbishment schemes.
