Gary has worked for gbpartnerships since April 2018, following the contract award to manage a number of former Community Solutions NHS LIFT Companies.
Gary has been involved in investment related (PPP / PFI) business since the outset of the NHS LIFT initiative in 2001, in joint venture consortia formed to bid for healthcare / education / blue light schemes and acting as Special Purpose Vehicle General Manager for Investors and Management Service Companies in the subsequent delivery and operational management of such schemes.
James joined gbp in 2013 and is a fully qualified CGMA (CIMA) accountant. James leads the finance team, who successfully deliver our finance obligations under our management service contracts, and also manage the finances for our consultancy and development teams. James and his finance team deliver our contracts to a high standard, which combined with the great work from other teams, led to the successful bid to bring in seven new NHS LIFT contracts in 2018.
Business Development Director
Hugh has over 15 years’ experience of structuring proposals for projects utilising Public Private Partnership (PPP), private finance and joint ventures models. Hugh has created successful solutions for clients and partners across a wide range of sectors, with his projects ultimately delivering new health buildings, housing, schools, civic offices and a host of other social infrastructure.
Technical Services Director
Myles joined gbpartnerships in 2016, his role focuses on ensuring that all aspects of estates project delivery, compliance & monitoring meets legal and contractual standards. He has extensive technical, contractual, legal, and commercial expertise, especially on complex PFI/PPP payment mechanism arrangements.
Lead Estates Business Performance Manager
Jim joined gbpartnerships in 2013, having followed a Facilities and Estates career path with the Royal Air Force, Further Education and the NHS. Jim has had specific responsibility for the LSHP and MCDC LIFTCo’s in Liverpool, a total of 15 sites, and in early March 2020 his role was expanded to include the BTG LIFTCo in Manchester with the addition of a further 4 sites.
In conjunction with his own specific contract responsibilities, Jim is now the Lead Estates Manager for the North supporting, assisting and advising a further two estates managers across a LIFTCo portfolio that covers Manchester, Birmingham and Coventry.
Jenny joined gbpartnerships in 2019, specialising in reporting and analysis, supporting the Property Management team to deliver our financial obligations for our managed service contracts. She has commercial finance experience gained within financial services sector and is CIMA qualified.
Jenny is focussed on process improvement and driving efficiencies; ensuring the finance team are able to meet the needs of our growing portfolio.
Head of Financial Reporting
Daniel joined gbpartnerships in 2019 and is a chartered accountant having qualified as an auditor with KPMG in 2013.
Daniel is responsible for all statutory and tax compliance overseeing the obligations for over 75 entities working extensively with the gbpartnerships finance, development, consultancy and estates management teams.
Prior to joining gbp, Daniel spent five years advising funds on global real estate and infrastructure transactions.
Business Support and Quality Director
Wendy has been with the gbp business for over 15 years and is a member of the Executive Team, working closely with the Chair, CEO and Directors across the group.
As Quality Director, Wendy ensures the highest levels of quality and service and has secured ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditations for the group of companies. In 2019 she established the gbpartnerships foundation and continues to oversee its work.
Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability
As part of her role in overseeing the delivery of a range of projects for gbp’s clients, Becky is also currently the Sustainability Lead for the Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership (HCP), leading the production of the ICS/HCP Green Plan, delivering on the Greener NHS Programme, establishing the anchor institution criteria and embedding the social value requirements across the HCP.
Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Manager
Andrea has recently completed her Professional Doctorate, researching the Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Construction Workers. The focus of research fully utilized Andrea’s passionate drive for Social Value and Sustainability which combined with Andrea’s experience of working on partnerships with the public sector this has enabled a move to fully focus on advising organisations on their Social Value Strategy.
