We are on the lookout for a number of Graduates to join us as Analysts and Consultants. 

Do you have passion, drive and determination to support local systems to build better communities, then please apply?

 

You will work as part of a team to help clients solve issues, create value and maximise improvements in services and estate performance which will facilitate the largest healthcare transformation of the century.  You will achieve this by applying your analytical, research and communication skills to support the development and implementation of projects, plans and advisory reports.

 

You will be equipped with the tools and methodologies honed by the firm, but equally have the space to apply your own creative skills and experience to your projects and in the process support the continued development of our business practices.  You will be given the opportunity to work on a range of projects to challenge and stretch your own capabilities. and equally be given responsibility to take the lead and deliver successful outcomes.

 

We will offer you a career pathway with defined milestones, training and further qualifications to move from Analyst to Consultant to Senior Consultant.  We also offer flexible working in fun and supportive teams that cover all Regions of England and Wales.

  • Analyst (entry level)

  • Consultant (1-5 years’ experience)

  • Technical Consultant (1 – 5 years’ experience with development/ construction knowledge, space planning/CAD ability required)

  • Graduate Planner to work with the NHS Healthy Urban Development Unit (HUDU) to help the NHS North London Central Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and North London Partners in Health and Care (STP) engage in the local planning system.​.
