gbpartnerships foundation has made a donation of £2,000 to Southend Foodbank. At this especially difficult time for many, the donation will go towards helping make sure that no one in the local community has to go hungry.
The community across Southend has always been generous, providing food and money to keep the foodbank going. Although donations are about the same, rising numbers of referrals means a big shortfall between the amount of food coming in and the amount that's needed to give out.
The foodbank is close to three primary & community healthcare buildings that gbp manages on behalf of public private partnership LIFT Company, Prydium. The buildings operate at the heart of the communities in Southeast Essex, providing a diverse range of health and wellbeing services that enable people to access care closer to home.
