gbpartnerships is pleased to announced the acquisition of Health Innovation Partners Torbay and South Devon Ltd.
Health Innovation Partners (HIP) T&SD, the Strategic Estates Partner of Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is currently developing new health and wellbeing centres in both Dartmouth and Teignmouth through a joint venture with the Trust. The joint venture, called SDHIP, is also supporting the Trust on a number of other projects – all aimed at improving health services in the area with a right sized, fit for purpose estate.
gbpartnerships has an established presence across the South West through its management services contract with LIFTCo “ReSound Health”, delivering property management services for NHS health and wellbeing centres in Plymouth, including Mount Gould Hospital.
The new acquisition has been a strategic move to improve coverage in the region and provide a strong base for continued growth in the South West.
