During the last 12 months gbp staff from across our develop and manage businesses have utilised their skills and experience to bring forward 12 projects with a total value of £165.6m. Building upon trusted LIFT relationships and intimate knowledge of existing local NHS estate, 2022 saw gbp bring forward developments across the UK as far south as the new Worthing Integrated Care Centre in West Sussex and gbp’s largest ever project, the £54m Mossley Hill Mental Health Facility, starting on site in Liverpool on behalf of Mersey Care. As the largest management services provider in the Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) sector, gbp service’s 14 LIFT Companies across England, as well as Torbay and Devon South Strategic Estates Partnership. We are proud to be supporting the NHS in its goal of becoming Net Zero Carbon by 2040, with the teams’ expert knowledge of BREEAM Excellent, Passivhaus and Net Zero Carbon designs informing the ‘fossil fuel free’, highly insulated designs for all current projects.
