We are delighted to be speaking and exhibiting at the NHS Property Conference on the 8 November in Westminster.
The event is a regular fixture in gbp’s calendar, and along with the team being on hand throughout the day, we will be running a session at 12:20pm that asks if there are any answers to England’s primary care reforms and funding model questions already answered in Scotland.
The session will be delivered by gbp's Group Finance Director, James Lloyd and Head of Management Services, Francesca Kavanagh. James has detailed knowledge of the industry and the complex contractual requirements involved with LIFT schemes – having been involved in LIFT for the last 10 years. James is a Board Director on 3 LIFT companies in England and 1 HUB Group in Scotland. Francesca joined gbp in 2023 to deliver management services to the Hub West Scotland Project Co’s. Over the course of fifteen years, Francesca has been involved in over eighty PPP and DBFM facilities across Scotland in both healthcare and education sectors. Francesca’s expertise in Facilities Management and contract management have orchestrated successful working relationships with a range of partners whilst optimizing operational efficiency.
