Surrey Heartlands CCG sign-up to Hampshire LIFT Strategic Partnering Agreement

Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) have signed-up to the Hampshire LIFT Strategic Partnering Agreement. The move enables the CCG to access expert pre-procured consultancy and advice services without the need for time consuming and expensive procurements.


Hampshire LIFT is a long-term public private partnership which evolved from a merger of South West Hampshire LIFT and South Eastern Hampshire LIFT (Solent) in 2011. The partnership was procured to develop, improve and manage Health and Local Authority Estate, bringing together a plethora of experience and expertise to ensure local estate is fit for purpose. gbpartnerships are the Management Services Provider to Hampshire LIFT. They provide the day-to-day resources to manage the company and deliver partnering services including estate management, service planning, strategic estate planning, regeneration and community involvement, property development and supply chain management. gbpartnerships consulting team have been working with Surrey Heartlands CCG over the past year supporting them with several projects including estates planning, development of a business case for investment into primary and community healthcare estate in Staines and primary care capacity modelling.
