We're recruiting for two newly created Assistant Estates Manager roles, sitting within the gbpartnerships manage business.
The gbpartnerships manage team, led by Managing Director, Gary Naylor, deliver asset management services to 14 LIFT Companies across England, involving over 70 community-based health buildings worth over £850m. gbpartnerships is one of the UK’s leading specialist primary care estate management partners and the largest Management Services Provider in the LIFT sector in England.
The Assistant Estates Manager’s will provide support and assistance to gbp’s Estate Managers, ensuring that building tenants are provided with well maintained, safe and compliant buildings and that quality patient and social environments are maintained.
