  • Operational site management including activity management

  • Lessons learnt.

Planning for the future, and beyond the current vaccination programme:

  • Medium and long-term strategic planning for continuing or future large vaccination programmes

  • Ensuring sustainable delivery of all care services through well designed, well utilised, flexible estate

  • Site reinstatement following delivery of programme.
