On the 8th day of gbpartnerships’ 15 days of Christmas giving, a donation has been made to support Daniel Pennington's Wheelchair Tennis fundraiser.
Nominated by Senior Development Manager, Nick Smith, the £250 donation will help get Dan closer to his target of raising £8,000 for a new tennis wheelchair - personally fitted to him.
Nick commented:
Dan is a lad I’ve known most of his life and he is making a determined effort to raise funds to help progress his sporting journey. He is currently playing in a chair that wasn't made for him and doesn't fit correctly, this causes some difficulty in reaching his full potential and achieving his dreams of representing GB in the Paralympic Games. The funds raised will be used to purchase a brand new RGK Grandslam X Sports Chair, personally made to measure for Dan.
