gbpartnerships consult (gbp consult) was commissioned by Community Health Partnerships - via the local LIFT Companies - to programme manage the rollout of 3 and 6 facet surveys for over 1,000 GP premises across 11 Integrated Care Systems in England.
This national programme, delivered by gbp consult with support from Alistair Cox Robert Wilcox and the team at Oakleaf Surveying, provided both Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) with the tools to support local planning and decision making, and present the data considered key to evidencing and identifying areas of need, opportunities for investment, and demonstrating cases for change.
