gbpartnerships consult is working with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, via their joint estates venture SDHIP, to support the development of the Trust's Key Worker Accommodation Strategy. The strategy will provide the Trust with a tangible projection of the need for long-term accommodation, informing discussions with developers and partners on not only how much accommodation will be needed, but where and what it should consist of. The work will support the development of a supplementary market of affordable, ringfenced key worker accommodation in the area, thereby driving positive recruitment and retention of NHS key workers.
