gbpartnerships (gbp) consultancy team, working through North London Estate Partnerships (NLEP), are supporting NHS North Central London STP bid to obtain capital funding to convert existing General Practice patient records rooms into additional clinical capacity / rooms (subsequent to the Lloyd George Digitisation project).
gbp and NLEP are leading and authoring the Business Justification Case (BJC) to secure the capital on behalf of the STP. The project will also involve site surveys of over 50 GP practices, and Project Management of the site visits and delivery of the BJC.
If the Business Case proves successful, adding extra capacity would mean increased clinical capacity at no extra cost, shorter waiting times, more throughput, improved access, and deliver additional space to support the recruitment of new PCN staff and services.
