The gbpartnerships consult team are delighted to be working with two of our partners, NHS North Central London Integrated Care System and Community Health Partnerships, on a fantastic collaboration project. The project is being delivered through Camden & Islington Estates Partnership LIFTCo,
The aim of the project is to make these key strategic estates, full and thriving health and community hubs. The principles and positives from this pilot Community Integration Project will hopefully be rolled out across other key strategic estate.
High-level outputs of the project include:
Eliminate void space
Increase utilisation
Embed the spaces within the community
Target 1m more appointments across the 11 North Central London LIFT estates
Secure 80% occupancy on available space across the estate.
