Working on a variety of construction projects from inception to construction, across West Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire.
Your part in the team:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will assist the Project Management Team in compiling and maintaining documentation such as cost trackers, procurement trackers, programmes, risk registers, progress reports, meeting minutes, electronic filing systems etc. Clients will include NHS Property Services, Clinical Commissioning Groups and NHS Trusts.
Your part in our journey: Over the last 15 years, gbpartnerships has developed buildings in excess of £300m. The expert and dedicated team currently manage and deliver asset services to an estate worth in excess of £800m. We also deliver consultancy services ranging from planning how to make best uses of existing space and identifying space surpluses or deficits, to implementing change and new ways of working.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and the ability to be flexible and responsive.
Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and Outlook.
Good time management and organisational skills, able to effectively prioritise workload and tasks whilst working to deadlines.
Ability to think for yourself, with a proactive approach, whilst retaining a good team player attitude to working.
You will be ideally located to work with our clients across West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.
